How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your Biblup account at any time, right from the app. Deletion removes your progress, your Streak, your Achievements and all the personal data tied to your account.
How to request deletion
- Open Settings in your profile menu.
- Tap Account and then Delete my account.
- Confirm the request. We send a confirmation email to your account address.
- Open the link in the email to confirm. Without that confirmation, nothing is deleted.
The 7-day grace period
After you confirm by email, your account enters a 7-day grace period before final deletion. During that time:
- You can cancel the request at any time, using the same link in the email.
- Your account stays accessible as usual, as if nothing had changed.
- At the end of the 7 days, if you did not cancel, deletion happens automatically.
This grace period exists to prevent accidental deletions: a wrong tap in the menu does not erase anything right away.
What happens to your data
When deletion is complete, we remove in cascade: your profile, your progress in every Unit, Streak, Hearts, Achievements, Group memberships and Referral history. You get one last email confirming that everything was erased, with no further communication after that.
