How do I change my account email?

You can change the email address linked to your Biblup account right in your Settings.

How to request the change

1. Open Settings in your profile menu.
2. Under the Account section, tap Change email.
3. Type the new email address you want to use.
4. If your account has a password, we will ask you to type it. If you log in with a link or Google (without a password), we will send a 6-digit code to your current email first, to confirm it's really you.
5. After that, we send another 6-digit code to the new email address. Type that code to confirm the change.

The 7-day security lock

To protect your account from being stolen, the old email address gets a warning message. For 7 days, the owner of the old email can click a link in that message to undo the change and recover the account.

If you lost access to your current email and cannot receive the code, please contact us to verify your identity.
