How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your Biblup account whenever you want, right from your Settings. Deleting it erases your profile (display name and email), your progress, your daily streak, your achievements and all the personal data tied to your account.

How to request deletion

1. Open Settings in your profile menu.
2. Tap Account and then Delete my account.
3. Confirm the request. We send a confirmation email to your account address.
4. Open the link in the email to confirm. Without that confirmation, nothing is deleted.

The 7-day grace period

After you confirm by email, your account enters a 7-day grace period before it is deleted for good. During that time:

• You can cancel the request at any time, using the same link in the email.
• Your account keeps working as usual, as if nothing had changed.
• At the end of the 7 days, if you did not cancel, the deletion happens on its own.

The grace period is there to prevent accidental deletions: a wrong tap in the menu does not erase anything right away.

What happens to your data

When the deletion finishes, we erase everything at once: your profile, your progress in every story, your daily streak, hearts, achievements, group memberships and invitation history. You get one last email confirming that everything was erased, and we send no more messages after that.
