How do I export all my data?

You have the right to download a full copy of all the data we keep about your account and your learning at any time.

How to request an export

1. Open Settings from your profile menu.
2. Look for the data section and choose Export my data.
3. We will start preparing your file right away.

As soon as the copy is ready, we will send you an email with a download link. For security, the link to download the file expires in a few days. If the link runs out of time, you just need to repeat the steps and ask for a new export.

The file will come in a format that is easy to read on your computer and will have all your progress, settings, and account information.
