Why can't I sign in to my account?

If you already have a Biblup account but can't access it, here is how to fix the most common issues.

I forgot my password or don't have one

If you used a password and forgot it, see how to reset your password. We'll send a link to your email so you can create a new one.

If you usually sign in by typing your email and receiving a code, you don't need a password. On the sign-in screen, just enter your email and choose Sign in with email. We'll send a 6-digit code that is valid for 60 minutes.

The "Sign in with Google" button isn't working

If the Google button shows an error, make sure your browser didn't block the pop-up window that Google opens.

If the error persists, you can access the exact same account by choosing Sign in with email. Type the same email address you use for Google, and we'll send an access code or link. All your progress will be there.

Biblup says "Too many attempts"

For security, Biblup limits how many times you can try to sign in within a short period. If you enter the wrong password multiple times or request too many codes in a row, the system will ask you to wait. Please wait about 15 minutes and try again.
