Why won't the audio play in lessons?

If you can't hear the stories or words during your lessons, here is what to check:

Check your volume and silent switch

1. Turn up the media volume on your phone or computer. Sometimes the media volume is low even if the ringtone volume is high.
2. If you use an iPhone (iOS), make sure the physical silent switch (on the side of the device) is not turned on. The browser may mute audio if the phone is on silent mode.

Automatic audio in settings

Biblup can read sentences out loud automatically as you progress. If this stopped happening:

1. Open your account options.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Make sure the Auto audio option is turned on.
