How do I stop receiving emails?

You can easily choose which emails you want to receive from Biblup and turn off the ones you don't need.

Changing your preferences

1. Open your Settings in the profile menu.
2. Go to the Notifications section, and look for Email.
3. You will see a list of operational emails (like streak reminders) and marketing emails.
4. Turn off the toggle for any category you no longer wish to receive.

Transactional emails

Certain emails are categorized as transactional (like login links, password resets, or account deletion confirmations). Because these are strictly necessary to use your account securely, they cannot be turned off. The only way to stop receiving transactional emails is by deleting your Biblup account entirely.
