What emails does Biblup send?

Updated on October 10, 2026

We only send emails that are useful for your study routine or necessary for your account. Biblup separates emails into three categories:

1. Transactional emails

These are emails required for your account to function properly. They include:

  • Links to sign in (magic links).
  • Password resets.
  • Confirmation when you change your email or delete your account.
  • The link to download your exported data.

Because they are tied to actions you request or to security, you cannot turn them off.

2. Operational emails

These emails are part of the learning experience and help keep you on track. They include:

  • Reminders when your streak is at risk.
  • Messages to encourage you to come back if you haven't studied for a few days (re-engagement).

You can easily turn these on or off in your settings.

3. Marketing emails

These contain news, updates, and special offers from Biblup. You will only receive marketing emails if you gave us your explicit consent when signing up or in your settings.
