What should I do when Biblup says I'm offline?
Updated on October 10, 2026
Biblup requires an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to load content and save your progress. It is not possible to use Biblup 100% offline.
If the internet drops during a lesson
If your connection drops while you are in the middle of a lesson, Biblup will not close the lesson and you won't lose what you've already done. An "offline" banner will appear on the screen.
You can keep trying to answer the exercises. If there is a network error, you can retry sending your answer without losing hearts. As soon as your connection returns, the banner will disappear and your progress will be saved to our servers.
Slow loading for stories or audio
If lessons or audio are taking too long to load, check your signal strength. You can also close and reopen Biblup (or refresh the page in your browser) to try for a better connection.
