Why didn't I receive the code or email link?

Updated on October 10, 2026

If you requested an access code, a sign-in link, or a password reset link and haven't received it, follow these steps.

Check your Spam or Junk folder

Most access emails arrive within seconds. If a minute has passed, check your Spam or Junk folders. If you use Gmail, also check the Promotions tab.

Expiration times

For your security, codes and links expire:

  • 6-digit access codes and sign-in links are valid for 60 minutes.
  • Password reset links are valid for 24 hours.

If your code or link has expired, you can go back to the sign-in screen and request a new one.

Send limits

If you request many codes or links in a short time (or guess wrong too many times), Biblup will temporarily pause sending to protect your account. If the screen says you've hit a limit, please wait about 15 minutes (or 1 hour, depending on the action) before requesting again.
