Why did my streak or progress disappear?

If you opened Biblup and your progress in the stories, your hearts, or your streak seems to have vanished, the most common reason is that you signed into a different account.

Check how you signed in

Often, people have two accounts without realizing it: one linked to an email typed manually and another created by clicking the "Sign in with Google" button.

1. Go to your account options and see which email is shown there.
2. If it's not the email you usually use, sign out of your account.
3. Try signing in again using the other method (if you used Google this time, try typing the email; if you typed the email, try using the Google button).

Can I recover lost streak days?

If your progress is in the correct account, but you actually missed a study day (your streak was reset), remember that you need to finish at least one lesson before midnight for the day to count. At this time, our team cannot manually restore lost streak days.

If you join a group, your leader might have access to your streak days and weekly XP if you consent. The progress itself is never lost.
